Please note that international shipping and customs processes are outside of our control, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and local regulations.

All orders are shipped within 1–5 business days of purchase, depending on the selected shipping method.
Order cut-off time: 3 P.M. EST.

  • Priority Processing (1-day processing time) — Jump ahead of the queue — $3.95

  • Priority Processing + Shipping Insurance (1-day processing time) — Get priority processing and ensure your parcel is safe & secure — $5.95

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

  • Canada: 8 – 21 days

  • United Kingdom: 8 – 21 days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 – 21 days

  • Europe: 7 – 21 days

  • Rest of the World: 7 – 21 days

If you’ve received a shipment notification, please allow 1–6 working days for tracking information to update.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly before submitting your order.
GYMTACK is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
We verify shipping details with customers during order confirmation, but please contact us immediately if you notice an error.

MARKED AS DELIVERED

If your order is marked as “delivered” by your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, etc.) but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and obtain an official affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package.

Once we receive this document, we will review your case and may resend a replacement order at our discretion.
Please note that in these specific situations, refunds cannot be issued.

IMPORT TAXES / REFUSED PACKAGES

GYMTACK is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your country’s customs authorities.

If your package arrives in your country and:

  • You refuse to accept the delivery, or

  • No delivery attempt is made by the local courier,

GYMTACK reserves the right to abandon the package without issuing a refund.
